Wholesale RFQ guide
A useful quote request gives the sourcing team enough context to compare products, packaging and delivery options on the same basis. Add the product names or SKUs you are reviewing, the estimated order quantity, destination country, target age range and sales channel. If you already have a packaging brief, include carton marks, barcode needs, language requirements and whether the item will be sold as a single unit, set or display assortment.
Kidumio reviews the selected items and buyer details, then confirms which information is available for each SKU. The follow-up can cover MOQ, sample timing, material information, case pack, carton dimensions, production lead time, packaging options and destination-market documentation. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed by item and order brief; this page does not create an online payment order.
For a faster comparison, keep the same quantity, market and packaging assumptions across suppliers. If your request is exploratory, say which details are still open so the team can return a practical next-step list rather than an incomplete price. You can also remove or update selected products before sending the form.
Company information is useful when the same assortment will be reviewed for more than one channel. Tell us whether you are a distributor, retailer, school supplier, gift shop, ecommerce seller or program buyer, and mention the expected launch or replenishment window. If you need private-label packaging, explain whether artwork is ready or whether you need packaging options and barcode support. If the request includes several products, group them by use case and identify the items that are essential for the first quote.
Do not include passwords, payment card details or confidential credentials in the message. Use the inquiry to describe the commercial brief and open product questions. The team can then reply with the next information needed for samples, item review and a comparable wholesale quotation.
For repeat buying, mention the previous SKU or assortment, the quantity you expect to reorder and any change in packaging or destination. For a new assortment, explain which category, activity or retail context matters most. Clear context helps separate a product question from a packaging question and makes the first reply easier to action.
