How Kidumio handles inquiry, RFQ, quote cart and buyer communication information submitted through the website.
Information we collect
Kidumio may collect business contact information submitted through forms, quote carts, WhatsApp links or email, including name, company, country, email, phone, product interest, SKU list, target quantity, packaging needs and certificate requirements.
How we use information
We use buyer information to respond to RFQs, prepare quotations, discuss samples, coordinate packaging or certificate questions, improve catalog content and maintain B2B communication records.
Quote cart and product inquiry data
When buyers add products to the quote cart or submit a contact form, the information is used to understand product interest, quantity, destination market and procurement requirements. It is not treated as a retail checkout or payment order.
Analytics and site improvement
The site may use Google tag analytics to understand page visits, product interest and navigation patterns. These insights help improve category structure, content quality and buyer workflows.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with internal sales, sourcing, logistics, quality or documentation team members when needed to answer an inquiry. We may also use service providers for hosting, analytics, inquiry handling or communication support.
Business confidentiality
Buyer SKU lists, packaging briefs, private-label requirements and target-market checklists are handled as business inquiry information. Kidumio does not publish buyer project details without permission.
Retention and updates
Inquiry records may be retained for follow-up, reorder support, sample review and compliance-document coordination. Buyers can contact Kidumio to request updates or removal of contact information where legally and operationally appropriate.
